Common TV Issues:
Poor Video Playback:
- Check internet speed @ speedtest.net
- If under 20Mbps or above 40ms on ping - turn off VPN if in use.
- Run speed test again, if continued slow speeds - reboot internet
- If better with VPN off, try a new VPN server location
- Test/Use backup list
- If you are paying for the premium service with us you should have a
"backup" list, or several. Try these lists for the time being and see if they work
better.

404/Error in bottom right corner of screen:
- Check internet connection
- Does the internet work from another device?
- If no, fix internet connection first
- Temporarily turn off VPN
- Go into the VPN app your are using at toggle it 'off'
- Test playblack again. If resolved - try new VPN location
- Test/Use backup list

App Frozen/Unresponsive to clicking (for Android TVs):
- On main screen, hover over app like you want to open it. Hold down center button until you
see “app settings”, select it. Select “force quit” and then “ok”. Go back home, try to open app
again.
